ROOT CODE at CIPR-2026: speech analytics and AI assistants for data-driven management

At the conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR), held May 18-21 in Nizhny Novgorod, the management of ROOT CODE held a number of business meetings and product demonstrations. The main theme of this year's forum was the digital transformation of industry using its own solutions — and the company's products directly respond to this demand.

Partners from the metallurgical, oil and mining industries were shown two solutions of the company.

DialogExpert is a speech analytics platform for offline communication data: it translates live conversations in production and in the field into structured data for analysis.

PlanExpert is a platform for creating an AI assistant that analyzes data and prepares summaries for top management, helping to make decisions based on the company's own data.

Both products respond to the key trend of CIPR-2026: they translate artificial intelligence from an experiment into a working management tool. This approach — "AI for the real sector" — was discussed at the forum's specialized sessions.

In line with the import substitution trend, ROOT CODE aims to become a partner of Yandex and Sber in the application of their AI technologies within its own products. Relying on domestic models and platforms allows the company to develop DialogExpert and PlanExpert on a trusted technology stack and offer customers solutions that meet the requirements of technological sovereignty. At CIPR-2026, both IT giants presented lines of corporate AI agents — a direction in which the company's products complement their technologies with applied industry expertise.
